Late Evening Car Hire

Question:
We want to hire a car on a Saturday. Our flight arrives late in the evening, are we able to collect a hire car at this time if we have booked it online?

Answer:
If you are able to book your car hire on-line then the car hire company should be open at the time of your pick up. Normally if a hire company isn’t open when you want to book then you can’t book and get a message to the effect of ‘we’re not open at that time.’
